This late 70`s Precision bass is a rare find complete with the original chrome pickup and bridge covers which are in very good condition. In fact all the hardwear is very good the only real wear is on the controls as you would expect from a guitar of this age. Not too hefty at 4.6k or 10.2Ib, very comfortable. The overall condition is pretty good although there are quite a few belt marks on the guitars back and some chips on the headstock but the front of the instrument is pretty much un-marked and there is minimal fret wear.
The Maple neck with black dot position markers and skunk stripe is very good with no lacquer cracks on the boards edge. Stamped Fender “big F” neck plate with black plastic cushion.
Nice natural wood grain and a super cool three ply BWB pickguard and black thumb rest.
Sold with a new set of strings fitted.
Sold without a case.
