The Gibson Les Paul Standard has been an industry standard since its first appearance in 1952. The standard Classic Plus gives you the same feel and look as the old Les Pauls but adds more punch and clarity thanks to the two 496R Humbucking pickups. The classic combination of grade AA maple and grade A mahogany is featured on this guitar and it’s beautifully finished with hand-sprayed nitrocellulose lacquer.
