The Hudson HTTK Tremolo King is designed primarily to be used with an amplifier. Its soundbox is used to produce a distinctive full and rich tone that is hard to achieve from a solid bodied electric guitar. Semi-acoustic guitars tend to be favoured by big bands and jazz players in particular; however rock and blues players are also impressed with the powerful tone of the twin humbuckers. Aesthetically the Tremolo King has the distinctive look of a classic 50’s / 60’s sunburst semi-acoustic, finished nicely with a Bigsby tremolo system.
